    I got an enforcment action for simply calling someone a retard in a sarcastic way and i guess i got reported even though said person called be an inbred **** and did not get any form of punishment as far as i know i just want this thing lifted so i can

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6    Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the last
    year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

    Ivgot band for the same this but i never said anything bad and he did and i go the ban just want it removed as im the inocent one someone help get my ban removed so i can enjoy streaming on xbox again !!

    The only way to ask about your ban is via a case review. All support will turn you to that: phone support and xbox support.

    We can't do anything from the forums.

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
