    I left my xbox one at a friends house over the week and i went ice fishing with my grandpa and when i came home, plugged my xbox in and started it i recieved a message saying i couldnt play on xbox live for a week and i couldnt talk to anyone for 30 days.
    I would love for this to be resolved because i wansnt on my xbox during the time because i didnt bring it with me. If you could remove these that would be awesome. Thanks.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Hi there,

    for any enforcement related inquiries and or issues you will have to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     that is the only place to for example do a Case Review.

    Side note:

    Keep in mind that the time an enforcement action was issued isn't the same when the actuall offence was done, so it could be based on something that happened days/weeks earlier.

    Also keep in mind that if your friend used the console and your account, you are still responsible since it's your account.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
