enforcement.xbox.com doesnt show suspension

When do they expect to have this fixed? Its [mod removed]

I got a email from enforcement for a gamertag change. but I get get into the account because I had the same problem being perma banned.. but am not. when I go on the site it shows nothing. even tho it says I have a suspension.. Also I sent a case review they said they put a new gamertag on my account and that I could change it when I get on but anytime I try to access it. it keeps saying am suspended. it's been well over a month now and no fix. I need answers. Cant take an account and all my game data and all my games away when I dont know what I've done wrong

The site hasn't been down for months, but they are working on a fix for it.

Every time I’ve looked at this issue it’s always the same answer going back months there is a issue with the enforcement site well that may be the case however it’s not very good when you get a 7 Day comms ban and not know what’s it’s for and also not be able to appeal it , if they are going to ban people the least they can do is fix the site that actually tells them what they have done let alone it’s the only place you can appeal it
