    Enforcement website is not working and I can’t contact support because ms support is trash.


    The enforcement website permanently banned my account for a gamerpic, ignoring the fact that the punishment is far too outrageous to fit the offense, I can’t even see the enforcement page anymore because it says, “Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later.”. When I try to report this error or contact support to see what’s going on, Microsoft conveniently prevents banned users from contacting support all together. To simplify the story, I got banned and Microsoft stole all of the content I rightfully own and then proceeded to pretend I don’t exist.

    Unfortunately, the only way to reach out to the Xbox Enforcement team is via the Enforcement website. You will need to wait until the Enforcement site works again. I would try again tomorrow, and hopefully it allows you to view your enforcement history. If you are eligible, you will be able to submit a case review too.

    Hello, Nathan! I was also suspended from xbox live. The first day when i got my suspension my appeal notification was there but the next day when i felt confident to appeal it just said the "Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later." message. It's a very bad issue and was on xbox live for a couple of years! Two weeks have past and my appeal notification is still just "Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later." message.

    I need to contact the Xbox enforcement team by any means necessary

    The problem is that I already did, and I received a case review. But I wasn’t able to fulfill the requirements to have my Xbox account unbanned, and they said in an email that if I contacted support they would reopen the case review. The only problem is that support can’t reopen the case review, only the enforcement team can, and support can’t contact the enforcement team apparently
