Enforcement unit. What a joke.

So I was playing PUBG 3-man squads last night with my son and and his friend, circle's closing and there's a supply drop in front of us. His friend goes to the drop while i take up a covering position about 50m behind him. He promptly gets lit up by a nade
and AR fire, and I can hear the other squad crashing through the grass beside and slightly behind me to the right. I turn and there they are, so I open up with my AR, kill one and lit another up while their third opened up on me and killed me. That's it right?
But wait, there's more! The guy that I smoked, messages me about "scrubs like you, hiding in the bushes" blah blah blah shooting people in the back blah blah blah....like, really? You just messaged me to complain about how you got killed???? In a first person-shooter?
It isn't like I was hiding in a baited house waiting for people the way that has become the fashion now...so I responded to him. Called him out for being a whiner (like really, who messages someone after they killed you to complain about the way you killed
them????) Granted, I went into colourful mode, but l think it was warranted given that the guy had some nerve even sending me the message in the first place. So here I am today, suspended, with no option to review the case.

If there's going to be justice, it should be real justice. Not whoever reports the other person first. It's a murky world sometimes in Xbox, and the justice department needs to clarify before summarily handing out penalties to people that pay for the right
to play.

Hi there,

One of the rules users agree to in the
Code of Conduct is that they are not going to use someone's intellectual property with out the owner's permission.

"Don’t pirate or use another’s content without permission. For example, don’t:

• Use another’s intellectual property without permission (e.g., copyrights, trade secrets)"

This would include 1980's movie posters as they are not yet in public domain. You'll have to wait 70 years after the creator's death before it will reach public domain.

 

It doesn't matter how the situation starts or who reports who first. What matters is what's in the messages. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct then you can be punished. It's simple.
