    Enforcement / unauthorized lock


    The enforcement give me a lock for some features of my profil and Club.

    The enforcement reason: I take a unauthorized picture für my Club (hate speech is not possible because i only wrote some words for a clip and there are no hate or anything else in it.)

    But, i have this picture from Microsoft. 1 year ago, when i build the Club, i take the picture from Microsoft gallery.

    Since the 1st day, the picture is in the Club.

    You give me a lock for some features, but i do nothing.

    The picture was from your gallery. Why you give me a feature lock, when i use a picture from you ?

    I cant understand that.

    I'm a very good Microsoft customer, pay a lot of money.

    Your behaviour is not ok.

    Since my last lock 2016 i never have a bad or worst behave.

    Please investigate the lock.

    Unfortunately if there is not an option to submit a case review on the enforcement site, there is nothing else you can do. There is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

    A terrible joke.

    A Support member wrot e ne, i must contact them enforcement Team on : https://enforcement.xbox.com

    But i found on that site no way to contact them.

    Please help me, where can i contact them.

    When they make a fault, they must take it back.

    That fault is Not Good for Microsoft. When the lock dont take back, i never buy any microsift Product for one of my worker in Office. Its a real shame that Microsoft getthat way. They make a enforcement team and no Support for that.
    Anyone on this Planet make mistakes but Microsoft dont want reverse it

    Only an Enforcement Team member can respond to any enforcement action they issue. The Enforcement team does not use the forums.

    They are only contactable via the case review process at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com. Keep in mind, not all suspensions qualify for a case review.

    Concerning captures

    All content must be rated e for everyone so if you are cursing during one of your captures from your mic could be a violation

    Support cannot help with enforcement issues

    That's not how unauthorized investigations work

    Your account gets locked and they investigate when you will receive an email with steps to unlock

    Even then only the escalations team talk to enforcement about unauthorized access violations

    Is this Ever possible?

    If you have allowed a friend to access your account, and were banned because of what you have done, then you have zero recourse. You are fully responsible at all times.

    If someone accesses your account without your permission, then, as OwenKiller said, you should have contacted Xbox support to make an unauthorized access claim. If you have made a UA claim, then you should read the

    "Completed a UA (unauthorized access) claim, but still suspended"     thread.

    I'll transcribe it here:

    If you have recently opened an 'unauthorized access' (UA) case with Xbox Support, you may have noticed that your account was 'locked' or 'unlocked'. During the UA case it is standard procedure for the account in question to be 'locked', preventing it from
    being used on the Xbox LIVE service. Upon concluding the investigation the fraud investigations team will unlock the account, making it once again ready for use.However, this lock has no impact on enforcement actions and unlocking an account
    does not negate any suspensions that have been issued.

    If the suspension or other enforcement action was issued for actions that were committed by an attacker during an unauthorized access event the Policy & Enforcement Team will absolutely take the necessary steps to remedy the situation. Please
    be aware though that a favorable resolution to an unauthorized access claim and the 'unlocking' of an account does not necessarily mean the enforcement action was invalid or will be lifted.

    If you are claiming unauthorized charges all payment options are locked till the investigation is over

    Unauthorized access cases are total lock out of an account
