Enforcement team wrongly banned me

I've been I've been there twice within three days the first one says I said f you to somebody that's not the one does not say why I'm being banned at all but it's been everything from but can't post to trying to hop online I don't know why I did wrong I don't know what it was cuz I had nothing that was in the multibad those had to say is was talking to somebody about I actually killed somebody in Red Dead I was going to let him get a kill off back on me but I think most of it is is a person that keeps reporting stuff to them and they keep banging me for at you with him but he's reporting yet you let 12 year old kids hop on games their way for 17 plus enforcement how about you stop punishing people and not telling them what's going on and start crafting down all the 12 year olds in GTA or in Red Dead the mature only games I have tried to be mature about this but you guys have also not refunded the game that you said you were refunding and you're also combat me every few days so enforcement department I'm going to need you guys to contact me somehow so that I know I did wrong this is saying that something I sent was inappropriate or bullying or harassment or a whole bunch of or you can't say what it was but you me

The age rating on a game applies to the single player only,not the online part,which every game with online tells you.

The age rating only means someone under that age can not buy the game,does not mean they can not play the game.

The enforcement team do not go on the forums, unfortunately we cannot help you here in relation to enforcement issues. If you believe you were wrongly banned, you would be best to contact the enforcement team. However, as mentioned they do review all reports
and there would be a reason they placed the ban.

Unfortunately the enforcement team can only be found on their site enforcement.xbox.com. That is the only place bans and suspensions are addressed. Sorry.

I understand this but have had to reach out as they failed to do anything about my case and everyone simply sends me to them yet they have wrongly reviewed the case and upheld the ban

Well they did say I was wrongly banned and it was atleast 6 agents I spoke to and all said they see nothing wrong with what I did as if I was not eligble for the refunds I would of been given them.

Basically the enforcement team just didn't listen to me in the slightest.
