    MY MESSAGE I HAD AN ENFORCEMENT ON MY XBOX ACCOUNT IT ENDED YESTERDAY ON THE 25TH BUT I AM STILL UNABLE TO TALK TO MY FRIENDS IN PARTY CHAT AND SEND MESSAGES I GOT BANNED FOR NO REASON WHAT SO EVER

  2. Enforcement - Communication - Need help

    The Enforcement team does not use the forums. There is nothing that can be done by anybody here to help unban the account.

    Your son appears to have been reported for inappropriate communications by another player, for whichever reason listed above.

    This appears to be a 24 hour suspension, which is the lightest communications suspension the Enforcement team issues. According to the Enforcement details, the account will have communications features restored tomorrow (the 13th). The only action here is
    to sit out the rest of the communications suspension. Your son is still able to play multiplayer games online -- just without communication features for the time being.

    Enforcement Action

    I am unable to access xbox live gold features because my account its still, under an enforcement action. However, my enforcement action was listed on the 6/12/2017.

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

    You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.
