Unfortunately they cannot look at each specific situation and choose who is in the right. If you violated the terms regardless of what happened you're in the wrong. Profanity is never okay within our community!

I got chat suspension for mild language after one of your team harassed me in game. I get i shouldn't have called him A hole, but he literally antagonized me with toxic behavior. If enforcement team were cops (thankfully not) this would be entrapment!
Please Microsoft, actually investigate with someone who is unbiased before you blindly do their will. NO integrity, no compassion, no respect for anyone but themselves.

Well you need to take a min and read the terms of use

It doesnt matter who started the fight if you break the rules when you retailiate you will be punished

Enforcement doesnt engagr in games on offical accounts

And nor will they ever tell you they are

If you are reported hy a fellow player they WILL investigate

Everything you do on live is loged thats the nature of the internet if you are reported they will check the said logs and punished accordingly

Block and mute and report thata all you are allowed to do

Dont use the excuse he started it it never works and if you read the terms it mentions this

Everything MUST BE rated e for everyone as you admitted to violating thr terms of use its not thier actions that need to be reviewed ita yours

Fyi every report is reviewed by multiple people before being issued

Enforcement websitefor all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case reviewfrom
the same website.This is how you communicate with the enforcement team and it's the only way.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to have enforcement actions removed from your account history.

Well can't I have enforcement Actions reviewed? I honestly just would like to be a part of the Ambassadors Team and I want to be more involved. I'm being held back because this. Wanted to get in contact with the Enforcement Team, but it's not allowing me
to Case Review.

If you believe you have found a bot account, then block the account and report it. That way the enforcement team can check and take the appropriate action if needed.
