i recently had a communication ban which was suppose to be lifted november 4th, i check today and i'm still banned, called a microsoft agent and they said it was extended until january 29th which is ridiculous because i was never even notified, not thru
email or on the enforcement page, only reason i can think of is because i started a case review which i was very sincere and respectful about and the decision was respectfully upheld, so why was the suspension suddenly extended almost 3 months? i spend a ton
of money on then mew xbox one X and all of my games are linkedin to one a account snd ow i'm stuck not. ring an or to come commincaite with anyone , someone from enforecemt please contact me with more info, thank you

Title says it all. Please if a member from the xbox enforcement team could reply or give me an email to contact that would be great. Need to discuss some options.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to contact them regarding extended suspensions. It most likely means they found something else while they were reviewing your account.

I never wanted to change it in the first place, so I wouldn't call this a 'free' change on my end. Also, I was told to put the ticket number in the subject field by the staff member. The same staff member also told me that the enforcement team can issue
these types of things through email contact. If there is a more direct way of contacting the enforcement team (which seems necessary at this point) please feel free to inform me on how to do so.

it had to have been a enforcement team member cause it popped on my actual bans but had no detail of why And it wouldn't let me appeal, I've told to support and I have been told they can't do anything that I need to get contact with enforcement team. but there is no way or at Least I don't have a way to do that since I can't appeal

if it wasn't a team member on your side could someone then please unban and reregister my account please? I've been talking and emailing people the last two days with either no reply or help

just create a thread, and wait for a reply, your thread will not show up on the list of threads, for security purposes. In order to review a reply from one of the enforcement team members, you will receive a email from your contact email provided.

If this account is your own, the details of the account banning can be found in the email of that account.
