The Microsoft Enforcement Team is a joke of a group of people. They are quick to ban someone for X,Y and Z but when you request a case review most times 9 out of 10 the decision is up held. They never tell you what you actually
did to deserve the ban/suspension all they do is give you a prescript-ed paragraph of ((Enforcement Detail :- This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive
or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications features. Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging,
video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox One. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges.)) ...... The best
part is even if you request to know what you did they won't tell you at all. How is that right? It's our account we pay monthly/yearly for the Xbox gold. I feel like we should have the right to see what caused a ban or suspension against us. But nope Microsoft
wants to run with their little ghost squad keyboard warriors that bans people but won't provide us with the evidence they gathered against us to bring forth a ban or suspension. Microsoft NEEDS to FIX their enforcement team. Or provide us with the evidence
gathered to bring on these enforcement acts.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

enforcement team joke

they go on about hate messages and spaming people and online bullyng my ten year old son keeps getting harrased on xbox buy 4 kids from his school he gets band from xbox every mounth now for the third mounth now for being sexist profound abusive language
i filled out the request form online and they still stick to there decision. is it that simple just to get a group of people to just to keep reporting and i think xbox is doing a great job in helping them great bullies keep online and making the the xbox
community a better place well done enforcement team

Nothing to fix.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you the evidence they have due to privacy.

They don't have to give you the specifics of what you did either.

The majority of case review decisions are upheld because any case is thoroughly investigated before action is taken.

Of course you would say that there is nothing to fix your a ambassador for Xbox live you've probably never said a cussword on Xbox live ever. I realized after this ban that people with thick skin is hard to come by these days their
quick to deal out the trash talk but not grown enough to handle it and will report you when stuff doesn't go their way........ Don't dish it out if you can't take it.

Or don't talk smack if you can't handle the smack talk back. Have thick skin and don't let some words upset you. Cause at the end of the day there just words. But hey it's a new soft America were everyone nowadays is quick to play the feelings card. (Sorry
but I was raised to have thick skin my parents made sure I understood that the world isn't full of sunshine and rainbows.)

So do you think the enforcement team issues a ban or suspension on the other individual that was talking smack?

I'm fully capable of being an adult. But from one adult to another adult if you were to talk smack to me I wouldn't get all bent out of shape over it. I'd talk it back to you and play the game. there is smack talk in everything that is competitive. ......
You can't sit there and tell that the enforcement team is squeaky clean and hasn't indulged in the same behavior. Cause I'll call that b.s everyday of the week. You know their not getting banned or suspended. So it's a double standard.

PlayStation has similar rules they just don't enforce them as pathetic as Microsoft does. Im done with Xbox One. PC master race/ps4 pro thank you very much. My xbox one can get someone else suspended pathetically THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I cant imagine,, the baggins is no fun. This I know.., but to be stuck in a close quarter matchup with a band of misfits catcalling instead of playing the objective, the game, and using the construct as their personal living room hang spot, gets pretty annoying.
Music helps, A Lot.., keeping an eye on the teammates so you don't stick your neck too far ahead when they lolligag high-fiving in the background, like they've just learned how.., getting killed doing what you were there to do. Maybe those particular games
you play have a way to mute the voice chat, at least I hope they all do. I know its rough enough to have naive clearing of throats and fumbling endlessly the headset/mic about loudly in my ear with little/to-no volume control from the game voip system to
access. Music on another device as well, to free up interference with gaming functions and likely to be less of a distraction. Gotta love it when those annoying same sound songs, Krewella, that continue to play because of lack of UI to a "never play anything
from this artist ever again, mmkay" option.

Tough it out, learn where they are failing. I'm still trying to find the sweet time spots to not get the herd of juvenile rush and die gamer, all to respawn and do again. Sometimes late at night, when all is quiet, a masterful game matchmake in rNG heaven
can be found in which teammates perform in sheer synchronicity with barely a spat from a vgs about GG, etc.

ps, careful with those bans, i've known one to lose everything and no possible way to access any thing he had worked, likely, thousands of hours to obtain and claim.
