Enforcement Team is pure garbage

I was banned the other day for how my cousins acted on my Xbox, awful messages and such, while us adults were outside. I sent a case dispute and it wasn't even read until the ban is now halfway over. Just for them to not ask for anymore information and
shut it down. I was more than willing to cooperate and clear this. But it seems Microsoft can't admit they were wrong ever and have to uphold their trash enforcement policy that only ever hurts the wrong people. All of this after I decided to come back to
Xbox from PS4, good job Microsoft. Getting the real harassers here aren't we?

If the case review was uphelp then all you can do is wait the suspension out.

You are responsible for any and all activity on your account.

Just to add PSN has almost the exact same rules and they dont offer any sort of case review process.

You yourself said awful messages were sent from your account which the enforcement team has suspended it for. So in this case the enforcement team were not wrong.

Samantha has nailed it with her post, there's not really much else anybody can add to this. You've learnt a valuable lesson, never let your cousins use your Xbox Live account again.

Don't let your cousin's on your account if they can't behave. The policy is in place to protect you and other users.

If it were me rather than being angry with Enforcement & all that side of things, I'd see it as a pointer to making sure in future my account was secure and switching my account from no barriers to requiring a password!

Hey there Fopj,

I'm sorry to hear you received a suspension while you were not on your account. As mentioned before although you are stating this was not you on your account at the time that the messages were sent, they were still sent out from your account which is why
the account was suspended.

If you ever have others playing on your console you can always have the other users download their own personal accounts so this way there is no risk of getting your account suspended for others actions.

In this case the only way to get this issue handled is through the enforcement website. Unfortunately the enforcement team will not review any discussions on the Forums and we will not have the ability to assist with this issue. Please refer to the
