    Enforcement team is helpless, how can I contact actual support.


    I got suspended for 2 days for saying “8-6 but I’m bad lol” which was a reply to an angry gamer who got mad that I beat him in a video game calling me trash so I proceeded to reply with the said banned response. I’ve read the code of conduct and I know this is not against anything that could or would be deemed as an offense, I can’t appeal as it’s a short suspension and I can’t contact the Enforcement team as they only respond to appeals, but as previously stated I can’t submit one because it’s short. What am I supposed to do, because I refuse to just take a wrongful suspension just because it’s short.

    I am well aware. As I have stated that I can’t because it’s short. Doesn’t make it right either way.

    It takes more than 48 hours to get to your case, so it's not appealable if the suspension is less than that

    Unfortunately since it's not eligible for a review, all you can do is wait it out.

    Can you submit a case review for a permanent ban if it was for some small profanity?

    As stated above, you can try contacting support to see how long your suspension actually is, but until the enforcement site is fixed, you won't be able to contact the enforcement team regarding the suspension.
