    I got on my Xbox today and I saw that my communications have been suspended. I go to support and they cant help me out but they tell me to apply for a review and so I go apply for a review and they want me to take a quiz or something and I come across really
    stupid questions like "is it cool to have a purple avatar" and I run out of tries I guess but WHAT DO I KNOW ABOUT SOME PURPLE AVATAR! YALL LITERALLY HAVE DRAGONS AND HALO SPARTANS AND MAGIC, YOU CAN PUT ON YOUR AVATAR but seriously can I get an actual person
    to talk to somebody from the enforcement team? because I think I was spam reported and I don't think I'm in the wrong and if I am, can you break down exactly what I did?

    welp i just got the results back and they kept their decision and its really dumb since i did absolutely nothing to get banned

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. You'll have to wait until you can take the questionnaire again.

    All you can do is request a case review at the the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site, nobody outside of this team can help with your problem.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. There is nothing else you can do and no other way to contact them.

    console will make sure the situation is investigated by Enforcement.
