you have an existing thread on the subject where it was explained to you what the situation is. There is no way outside of the appeal process to contact the enforcement team as you were told. No one here or at Support can do so, and as you were told Support often gives inaccurate information when it comes to other departments

there is nothing anyone here or at Support can do and console bans cannot be reversed as you have been told
