    Report [Mod Removed]

    [Mod Removed] threatened me by DDOSing me and
    then did. I have proof attached and hopefully get the xbox live enforcement involved and
    get him banned as DDOSing is illegal.

    Proof of him saying he will DDOS me which once again is illegal and goes against thecod of conduct as well.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    You'll also want to contact your ISP to alert them of what's happening so they can help you get back online and stay online.

    There is no way to get a free gamertag change if you've already used yours. You'll have to pay if you want to change it.

    If you know the people who are ddosing, you can report them so the enforcement team can investigate. You'll also want to contact your ISP and work with them to be able to stay online.

    im sure if ubisoft can catch them then letting platforms such as xbox or ps4 know which accounts are doing so then they can issue just enforcements, considering ddosing is a crime.

    I am surprised that your ISP can not change your static IP.

    The problem is that the DDOS attack is against your internet service and your router. So more then likely somehow the person got your IP address through the xbox console but is not using the console to perform the DDOS attack so the enforcement team has
    no way of tracking someone DDOSing your internet/router.

    Ddosing is a criminal offense, so you should report it to your local law enforcement and your internet provider, as these are the only people that can help. DDOS attacks are aimed at your internet, not Xbox, so Microsoft cannot do anything.
