    If you have an enforcement on your gamer picture, you will be unable to change it until your suspension ends :(

    Hi!

    I moved your post into a new thread so that we could tailor our support specifically to you!

    If you upload an inappropriate custom image it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional imagery for a specific period (typically 24 hours).

    The reason of the questionnaire itself is to make sure you understand the rules of the service
