Enforcement questionnaire issue

hi the questionnaire has a issue with some questions e.g. can you choose your game-tag after receiving a forced gamer tag change? I answered false because you are give a randomly generated one as if its a new account. That was apparently incorrect so I have
to wait 24 hours for another chance.

I been banned twice before this so I understand why I've got a two week banned but I havent been banned for like a year until now I feel and I think the community agrees that you should be rewarded for good behaviour if you havent been banned for a year
you should have you punishment lowered as people are getting banned for sticking up for friends and themselves its not fair.

It doesn't matter who starts a fight you have to keep it clean

The questionaire is real simple it is found on the terms of use

And if you use common sense you should easily answer it with flying colors

The reason of the questionnaire itself is to make sure you understand the rules of the service

i understand your fustration, however, if you have already been banned twice vefore the punishments dont get any less they increase
