    Enforcement of 24 hour ban though I did nothing wrong


    Good evening,

    My account received a suspension for 24 hours for my son playing NBA 2K17 and doing nothing, other than dunking twice on one of the players against whom he was competing. My son states that this player became upset during the game
    and more so after the loss. I am assured by my son that he did nothing wrong. In all the time that we have had an Xbox live account, this is the first time that I recall such an incident.

    Unnecessary Ban

    It's a 24 hour enforcement, and isn't able to be submitted for case review. I'm aware that posting the picture that got banned wouldn't be a good idea, but there's nothing wrong with that picture. I just want people to know the enforcement team is retarded.

    You can always contact the enforcement team and appeal againgst your ban as you have the right too if you believe you have done nothing wrong too deserve it in the firstplace. You will have too contact them directly as they do not use the xbox forums.
    you can only appeal if the ban is over 24 hours.

    most of these coms bans are for 24 hours and so nothing can be done.

    You need to go to the enforcement and look what she did wrong and because it's only a 24 hour ban you can not apply for a case review

    You can also make an appeal on the enforcement site as well.

    If the ban is only 24 hours though, then the appeal would take longer then the ban.

    How long is the suspension for? If it is only 24 hours then there is nothing you can do but wait as the review process may take longer than 24 hours to complete. If the ban is longer than 24 hours then you may use the Enforcement site to request a review:
