    Enforcement Note


    I have wrongly received an enforcement and there is no orange box with a icon to submit a review. When I request a callback through the Virtual Assistant I get the message, something went wrong at our end, try again.

    Does this mean that if you believe the ban is not right there is nothing you can do about it. My son has recieved a permenant account (not device) ban according to his xbox and an email sent to me. When I follow the link on the email to enforcement website there is nothing about it under his enforcement, only info on one from 2 years ago that was just for one day. When I try and contact anyone I just either get a blank page or it says sign in then it won't let me.

    He is absolutley destraught and I don't even know what has happened.

    Hi Stephen, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that we don't have information in regards to the enforcement action that you received for your own security and privacy but I am here to lead the way on where you can get more information regarding the enforcement and how you can prevent this from happening again.

    You can simply sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details and if there is no option to file a case review it may mean that you're not eligible to file one but you can definitely check from time to time.

    Also, "Customer support is unable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions. They can’t discuss your account and don’t have access to enforcement details. If you need assistance, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable."

    I know the website has been down for at least a week. I’ve been banned twice in a row. The first one was valid. The second one was absolutely not valid at all. Literally no reason.
