    Enforcement (Missing Gamerscore)


    Hello,

    My Gamerscore was 37773 yesterday. Today, it went down to 37693. I tried unlocking an achievement, and it went back up to 37703. I unlocked 2 achievements on Rare Replay yesterday, so my Gamerscore seems to be missing 80-100 achievement points. I contacted
    Customer Service, and they said only the Enforcement division could look into this.

    Lost gamerscore

    If your gamerscore was lost due to an Enforcement action, then you will have to deal with it on the Xbox Enforcement website:
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Otherwise, this may be a temporary glitch. I occasionally see people complaining about large portions of their gamerscore mysteriously missing, but it was due to some kind of server error that automatically fixes itself later on.

    Missing Gamerscore

    Was asked by Xbox Chat support to post here regarding the missing Gamerscore currently on my account.

    On Feb 14th My Gamerscore was 280K +

    On Feb 15th It was 209k

    Many of my games show as Zero in the achievements list on all my devices. However if I look at each games individual achievements they show unlocked with the score for them.

    I have checked enforcement.xbox.com and no Gamerscore reset enforcement appears there.

    Lost gamerscore

    If your gamerscore was lost due to an Enforcement action, then you will have to deal with it on the Xbox Enforcement website:
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Last enforcement was in 2019 and it wasnt for gamerscore so will this mean i will be able to earn gamerscore still or get the gamerscore back?

    Gamer Score Has Changed Believe account was compromised or altered

    I've seen a few threads with gamers having similar problems with achievements unlocking. It is probably just a bug. A month ago some of the gamerscore on my account went missing and since earning some more achievements the number is back up. Only the enforcement
    team can remove your gamerscore and when they do they reset you back to zero. It is no doubt a bug and it will correct itself soon enough.

    This last month

    Unfortunately there might not be a way for Xbox to verify if you cheated on the other games too. So therefore they cannot award you any of your Gamerscore back to you. Any missed amount of time on your Live could possibly given back but that is up the enforcement
    team.
