Enforcement Issues

Xbox Enforcement couldnt be more unfair. Get a ban for something I didnt do that cant even be proved and submit a case review and it goes straight to upheld! Dont even get to give my side and straight to upheld. Cant contact the enforcement to get help because
there is not contact and xbox support cant do jack. Its obvious why you cant have people contacting all the time but how about you actually make it fair. Couldnt be more of a bs system. They couldnt even tell me what I said or did.

Enforcement Issues

I agree that chat/phone support are very ill informed when it comes to the forums.They often send people here when they shouldn't.

That's maybe because the Xbox Technical team don't know anymore what to do with people that got perma banned by the Enforcement team and the decision was upheld. They are giving them false hope that this forum is there only last resort.

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET when a suspension is decided. In your case you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld so all you can do now is read the Code of Conduct and wait out your suspension.

This is what I want unless you guys can give real information pertaining to our problem, you ambassadors shouldnt comment, we are looking for real enforcement fixes and not the same answers you guys give. What I dont understand is that someone sees that
this is a major issue atm, and they are showing lack of care gor customers.

So any enforcement member ypu need to look at all our accounts and unlock the avoid bs. Ban peoples chat not their ability to play thats not what you do to paying customers.
