Hi everyone,

Today after founding out my communication for xbox live is restricted/suspended for 24 hours, i first though 'what why......whatever' ...... Only later to admit no i lie to myself there is no whatever. I want to know at least why, fine i did something wrong
and thats the reason then ill accept it.

Buth there you have the problem right there and probly the reason why so many who cant there head around what they did wrong and got suspended.

After diving in all my chathistory i found 1 message that i think the one who i send it to used to get me suspended.

He started herrasing me for no reason and i am not going fully in the details this part buth yea ive called him certain names what isnt normally the proper thing to do. Buth yea i pointed him on hes behavior and asked ive he knows that it would made him
look as a giant [mod removed] or a tottaly weard [mod removed]

I mean hey i study the violations really hard here right, pointing people on toxic behavior for the community is a nobel proper thing to do.... Really look it up its somewhere there!

Anyway that and only that message he reported so there goes the part where 'its all about the context' because it isnt.

There is no normal person who is gonna try to get the full picture of the story, otherwise they could tell you easily what was so wrong about your behavior ... The reason thats why they just never do it it in first place.

Buth ive it only looks like it thats enough. They have the right to punished you and also find it perfectly normal 2 not even explain why either.

Im no genius buth i bet ive you raise a kid like this, it wil transform in a psycho maniac.. dear god. Tired of myself... Goodnight

As other ambassadors have mentioned if you get nasty messages as we all do from time to time dont reply just ignore and report message if you think its warranted and remember what goes around comes around and everyone gets whats coming to them in the end

Nobody on the forum, or in support can assist, or has jurisdiction over Enforcement issues.

If you respond to a toxic gamer, in a way that violates the code of conduct and get reported, you will get suspended. Two wrongs do not make a right. It is best to report bad behaviour, mute and block, never ever respond.

I had a similar experience and got bit on the butt for it.

If they have something to prove that you said the slightest thing that could offend anyone then they can suspend.

Best thing to do is to not respond, ignore then cos then they have no ammo to report you

Some people will deliberately bait you into sending an offensive message just so they can report you. Do not give them the satisfaction. The only message I will ever send is: With practice you may get better at this game. Or there are plenty
of videos on youtube that may help improve your game play. Or you have to understand that retired people such as yourself may not have the reflexes of a younger player, you may do better at something like Minecraft. You will never get suspended for a message
like that.

I wouldn't send any messages like these. These messages are what I would class as baiting.

99% of the time I see these the person was baited into it. Either way violating TOS is violating TOS. Baited or not breaking a rule is breaking a rule.
