Enforcement Email

So, I just received a one-day suspension that completely bricked my account, and thats fine except for the fact that I never received an email or even a message about it. Not even the enforcement page showed anything. So, I called and spoke to a guy who told me I would receive an email after my suspension was lifted. Well, its now lifted, and I still havent gotten one. I called back, and the same exact guy picked up same mic issue he had before. I said, Hey, I was told Id get an email about my suspension once it was lifted when I called yesterday. He straight-up refused to give me an answer and just directed me to the terms and conditions, telling me to just read the terms. Like, what did I even do?

Case review will be the only way to contact enforcement, Xbox support can't help you on any enforcement action, they don't have access to the enforcement information, they can't even see the reason

Once you submit a case review, depending on the reason for the enforcement action, it could take some time for you to get a reply, but for sure you will get one

Hello. Recently,i was banned from uploading my game-clips from Upload Studio. And i know that this suspension was a 100% mistake from Xbox Enforcement team side. I want to know exactly why i was permanently banned fron uploading my game-clips to the Xbox
Live network. And i also need you to unban me,because you've made a mistake.
