    Enforcement email


    I received an email saying that there had been some kind of enforcement action on my Xbox live account and to review details I needed to login in and go to Enforcement History. When I did that it says, Congratulations, you have a perfect record. How do I
    find out what's going on?

    Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

    i been banned for no reason help me guys this is not cool i pay for xbox live and get banned for nothing

    Also check that email that is assoicated with your account. The enforcement team should have sent you an email explaining why you were issued an enforcement action.

    Hello. Recently,i was banned from uploading my game-clips from Upload Studio. And i know that this suspension was a 100% mistake from Xbox Enforcement team side. I want to know exactly why i was permanently banned fron uploading my game-clips to the Xbox
    Live network. And i also need you to unban me,because you've made a mistake.

    Case review will be the only way to contact enforcement, Xbox support can't help you on any enforcement action, they don't have access to the enforcement information, they can't even see the reason

    Once you submit a case review, depending on the reason for the enforcement action, it could take some time for you to get a reply, but for sure you will get one
