    Good morning,

    I am the owner of the parental account. This morning I learned that last night my son had received a notification from enforcement.xbox which advised that more information could be found in the email (NOTE: neither the child nor parental accounts have
    received an email at the time of this writing) or by visiting the enforcement.xbox.com site.

    I have spent the past two hours trying to puzzle this out and am stumped. When I log into the enforcement.xbox page I see the dashboard page that shows me the orange box that states "Your account or family account have active suspensions". When I hover
    over the box I see that is clicking on it should take me to https://enforcement.xbox.com/enforcement/showenforcementhistory --- however clicking on it instead returns me to the main dashboard page ( https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US ). I have deleted my
    browsers cache and cookies and I have tried to access through several different browsers with the same results.

    What am I missing here? Is there a "report a bug / problem with the website" link that I should submit this to instead?

    Hello Mrs. K, you need to log in with the account of those that is currently in lockdown. Then they must go on "case review" to be able to have this case re-examined. If this does not work, you will need to contact support to report that the web
    site is not working properly. Good luck.
    Oh, I see. Thank you. I thought this could only be done through the parental account. I will try logging in with my child's account instead and see what happens.

    It does concern me that I am not able to see everything through the parental account - and I'm sure this is not the first time you have heard this concern.

    I just wanted to follow up about logging into enforcement.xbox with my child's credentials ... same result. When I click on the enforcement box it does not take me to the show enforcement history page, it continues to return me to the dashboard page.

    This appears to be an issue with the actual website, so I will be contacting the support team about it.

    Quick side note:

    a lot of people use gmail and other systems for their primary personal email. Perhaps there is also a microsoft email attached to this account that is recieving said emails. I personally use gmail but i also have a @live.com email i use on my xbox.
    This is a good point.

    I have checked all of our email accounts, including the hotmail/outlook accounts that I used to set up our xbox accounts ... still no emails.
