    Enforcement Case Review: General Response Time


    Just last night received a message from xbox live informing me that I had been penalized for a communications offense. After checking my account I found I had been muted from communications for 2 weeks. After submitting for a case review I started to wonder
    what the general response time is for anyone that has filed for a case review. I checked some forums online hopeful that I’d find one but to no avail nobody had a clear answer. I’m sure the timing varys based on the type of offense and what types of information
    needs to be sifted through to get back to me with an answer. But i’m curious of anyone has any experience with the appeal system and how i’s worked out for others in the past.

    So how long will this review of the case take? I got suspended last night and immediately filed for a case review.

    The only way to have the enforcement team review the case is by submitting a case review. So you will need to try again. However, you are responsible for your account at all times.

    If you have opened a case review an as you mentioned you are being unfairly accused, you only need to wait for the response on the case review, Enforcement team has lots of case review request so it might take some time for you to get a response on the case review but is necessary to wait for it as support can't help you on Enforcement actions
