    enforcement ban not ending after end date


    My ban has ended but i am still banned i have tried hard reseting my console even using my roomates account but all account on my xbox that i log onto are banned and wont lat me play again my bans end date and time have been well
    passed i have no idea what to do and i have no idea why this is happaning

    How do I talk to someone from enforcement team other than case reviews?

    The Xbox enforcement website is not listing bans and their end dates on the enforcement history page. It shows 2 bans on my account, one for comms the other for Xbl. These end on the 8th August. I got these bans around the 23rd of July.

    After chatting with Xbox support it shows that I have a console ban till the 23rd September.

    After filing my case reviews it turns out that I have a comms ban for 100 days.

    Are there any other ways to contact the enforcement team?

    MS starting to ban your account and remove purchases...

    If you have naked pictures of yourself on OneDrive you should be banned from the internet to save you from your own stupidity.

    This is a clarification of the TOS that has always existed. Probably asked for by the enforcement teams who end up banning people for enfractions that fall under “not limited to” violations of the TOS.

    Try removing the account from the console and re adding it. Also check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure you haven't had further action on your account.

    If neither of those help contact official support for further assistance support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Xbox support is no help at all.

    On enforcement.xbox.com where it tells you the reason and the date the action was enforced, it should give you the end date at the end of the reason for the ban. If it's not stated there, the ban should already be lifted.

    When Do You know your account is Permanently Banned

    A permanent ban will have an end date but the year would be 9999.

    The longest temporary suspension I believe is like 30 days.

    Like CCN_Hsk said you can check the enforcement teams website and it will show you any enforcement action against your account and the end dates.

    Hey there .

    To clarify, console suspensions aren't listed on the Enforcement website. If you've received e-mail communication for console ban and it's listed as temporary, be sure to check the end date. It's likely a different suspension ended on the 11th and the console
    suspension is still ongoing.
    Surely I've already done this. I was told by support the communications and console ban ended on the same day 7/11............................................................................... I've received no emails from the **** enforcement team.

    AND if it was an ongoing temporary console ban I WOULDN'T be ABLE to play multiplayer games ONLINE. BUT I CAN.
