    Enforcement Ban Not Completely Lifting


    Today a suspension was supposed to be lifted off of my account(as it was temporary) and it has mostly been lifted. However, a ban on communications and group posts has yet to be lifted as it was supposed to. I'd like some guidance for what to do and who
    to contact, as enforcement has no contact

    my friends banned account

    Your friend should post here
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     to get a response from the enforcement team, if his account was accessed without his permission did he file an unauthorized claim?

    Also the enforcement team is not known for lifting bans.

    I have been falsely banned for 2 years now before the new enforcement program was released I did my time may I be unbanned now?

    If the enforcement team did not lift the ban when you submitted the appeal, then the ban won't be lifted. Any permanent bans given prior to the strike system being put in place, were not lifted.

    The ban was lifted mid day today (12/21). Thanks for the info but if the system takes time to lift the ban shouldn't that be accounted for when telling someone on the enforcement site the exact time (down to the second) that the ban will be lifted?

    Should of been unbanned 11/02/12 but still not

    A ban will be lifted at the same time it was enforced. so if you were suspended at 10pm the ban wont be lifted until 10pm on the day the suspension ends

    the ban lifts same time of day it was enforced so if she was banned at 3pm EST the ban lifts at 3pm EST just have her keep trying later in the day.
