    Enforcement Ban in error


    Can someone please advise how I get my account back. It has been suspended as my friend reported me as a joke. There is no way on the Xbox site to raise the case to be reviewed as it does not appear in the enforcement section.

    There are no other contacts for the enforcement team and I spoke to customer services today who could not help. My friend thought he was being funny reporting me and did not realise my account would be suspended. I cannot access any of my downloaded games on a new account I created today.

    Hello I got my account suspended and cannot use any communication chats or party chats because I’m suspended. I cannot login to see how long my suspension is. Is there anyway to look into my account and advise me how long my suspension is for?

    This is the first time I've ever seen this much of an issue with the enforcement site since they started using it. I don't know how the engineering is done, but when they've had to do stuff to the Ambassador site that sounds simple there have been times that it's broken something else and caused bigger issues so they hold back putting in the fix until they can get that sorted out.

    Being sent the same information.

    “Please be patient”.
