    There is no way that I cheated in Fortnight but I got banned for 24 hours. Can I see the evidence against me please?

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    The enforcement team does not use the forum. The only information they will give about a suspensions is what is listed on the enforcement site. http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Why do i get banned when i report hackers and trollers

    There is no point filing complaints for cheating unless the game is new.

    The enforcement team only see what they want to see. They do not investigate cheating but they are very eager to ban you for any aggro the cheating causes.

    There are definitely double standards in the way bans are handed out.

    so just by admitting you insulted someone, that is the enforcement team banning you for poor sportsmanship. if he cheated, he will be banned too.

    The irony is that you could actually receive a ban/suspension for naming a player who you believe is cheating. File a complaint if, you believe they are cheating and leave it to the enforcement team.
