Enforcement bad behaviour

So, 2 days ago i got suspendend again (yep, happened in the past thanks to my youngest brothers and to me too) but this time i didn't do anything, seriously, for the past 2 months the only bad thing in my messages was my english (english is not ny native
language and i never use the mic if i'm not playing with friends), no offensive language or anything like that, i simply played normally, i asked the enforcement team why they suspendend me and they used a generic answer without explaining what happened ,
last time i was already suspicious about theyr behaviour against me because they suspended me for using the word honorfag caliming that is an omophobic word, wich is not, it's a word created by the for honor comunity and it has nothing to do with homosexuality
at all, but i can understand if someone decide that is not an ok word to use, even it it's ridicolous.

This time is different, there is literally nothing that they can use to justify the suspension other than theyr "apparent hate" against me, i honestly don't care too much about the comunication suspension but i'm worried that they maybe will suspend the
whole account next time and if it happens again, without reasons, i can't even do a real complaint against them because of how theyr site works, this need to change tbh, and someone should investigate on those things

et essaie d'être fairplay et honnête en tant que joueur (chose qui se perd de jour en jour)

Mais ce joueur utilisé un compte secondaire pour pouvoir insulter sans problème ! Un compte "Smurf" le Gamertag en question :

Si aujourd'hui les personnes utilises des comptes secondaire tout en ignorant votre charte, c'est très problèmatique...

Je lui avais prévenu que j'allais vous écrire, et m'a dis que l'un de ses comptes est déj banni !

Alors j'aimerais savoir si vous pourriez faire quelque chose contre ce joueur type "cancer" désolé du terme employé...
