Enforcement actions not lifting

I Just got off the phone with the support team who had me post here with my issue of I have a previous complaint on my account from april 1st that for one month that isnt lifting and is complicating my application for ambassadors

Enforcement team not lifting suspensions



I was given a 2 week suspension for everything.. and when the case review was finished, the enforcement member said I could play online multiplayer, but little do they know IM STILL SUSPENDED FOR EVERYTHING!! I jump on Xbox and I cannot play online on anything
and I'm only supposed to be communication banned for 2 weeks. I'm getting my privileges taken away for no reason at all!

 

Enforcement actions, from what I've read, will stay on record for 18 months. That's at least the limit to how far back the XBLPET will look back into your account in terms of a case review submission.

 

from what i was understanding from when i talked to support on the phone was april 1st was start april 1st was lifted i also at those times had a few people on my account while visiting relations family etc so i dont see where i would be the one of cause
using the account and i understand its the account being penalized i have a 2nd account i allow others to play on now being i got more active with enforcement united and wanted to apply for the ambassadors so 5 months later its still showing on the account
after served and im trying to find away to lift it or what i need to do to get it lifted

just to confirm your trying to be an ambassador with ano account that had an enforcement action on?

 

yes the issue im having at the time I was not the only person using the account at the time there for im having the issue of removing the already lifted actions against the account the accourance is start a 1 month suspension onapril 1st may 1st it was lifted
and 5 months later is haunting me for things a was not even in the same state as my console there for I honestly aint sure what happened since then I have locked my account down that only I have access to it so it ensures it does not happen again

 

It says on the Faq for ambassadors that you cannot be an ambassador if the account has had an enforcement action before

 

i got off the phone with support to be contacted by a verified answer thank for your help but what i'm waiting for is the verified answers being the weird circumstances that are involved
