    Hello I've been trying to send messages to people via Xbox live but it says because of my past behavior I can't send messages. But I looked at the enforcement action and I haven't been reported or banned. I was recently reported on September 14 (communications)
    and September 20 (harrasment) but the 14 days have already passed. I can play online noe but I still can't send messages or hear my friends in group chats.

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.
