    Hello,

    I received an email yesterday saying I have had an enforcement! When I try and view the enforcement it shows there is a warning, but you cant sign into the enforcement page to see what it is. The page just goes round in circles and doesn't allow you to sign in.

    I am very surprised to see this allegation, as my account only plays 3 games; 2 of which are solo or with a known person too me. The other is a community I have been apart of for 2 years, and would not of done this!

    Why cant the enforcements be seen? Why is there a constant error when trying to get support to call back?

    What is going on?

    I would like to add, I've had no previous enforcements and I am not an offensive person. I don't use Xbox messaging services to message people that are not known to me, my main communication is discord. Nothing offensive has ever been said, I block anyone I don't know.

    There is currently an issue with the enforcement page, where you cannot see why you were suspended/banned. Microsoft are working on a fix. Until then, there is nothing you can do, but wait.

    Do you know if they are issuing refunds for ultimate passes, I have a 24 month subscription and only 6 days into it?

    It has been well over 72 hours since I was com banned on the 18th this month. I have no idea when they will be done, but I am really closed to just changing over to PlayStation if I can be com banned for saying something that isn't remotely inappropriate (No slurs, no profanity, no illicit content, and no unjust behavior). I was com banned for a week and I have near perfect Xbox live reputation (7). if this is how they treat the higher rep people on Xbox, I'm scared to know what they do to those of lower rep...

    Rep doesn't have any bearing on suspensions. You can be completely green and still receive a permanent ban for violating the rules.

    To view enforcement action taken against your account go
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/     and sign in. From there you can view what enforcement actions were taken against your account.
