    During a recent in game match involving an incredibly toxic individual I was informed I would be banned then after, rightfully telling the guy to step off (not my exact words) I was banned from communications/party on Xbox very disappointed and a long time customer. Hopefully I can play with my friends again during these uncertain times. Thanks Xbox!!

    I'm sorry, but all you can do in this case is to submit a case review to the Enforcement team. They will manually review your suspension:

    Please note that not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. And Xbox customer support does not handle enforcement actions, so contacting support will not help you, unfortunately.

    enforcement team do not use the forums and they are not contactable any other way apart from the enforcement site. basically you got baited to respond nastily and they just reported you and the auto ban got you.

    next time do not respond, just report and move on.
