    Enforcement Action specific to an account suspension


    I was suspended because i sent an unfriendly message to a person who continuously killed me in gta5 and had his friends come and kill me I have been trying to resolve the issue for 4 hours with no avail was told to create this post to try to fix the issue
    quicker. I have never had issues before with xbox live and for this to be the first time i dont feel like the punishment was fair.

    8/4/17. I got banned for no reason. I am always a reasonable player and I never use profanities towards other players. I stay away from glitches and cheats, and I try to be a helpful teammate in team games. I do sometimes mess around,
    but that's part of the "game." I am confused why I would be banned for that. I am simply looking to have the ban lifted or find the source of my mistake.

    You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

    You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

    Hey there! Head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement
    history of the account you are signed into just to be sure something didn't change.



    Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
    current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.



    Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement
