Enforcement Action on Xbox one

I have had an x-box live permanent ban and I am confused as to the extremity of this action, is there anybody in the enforcement team that I can call to discuss this action? In addition, it states that all in game purchases etc. can be downloaded but I
have no idea how to do this when I have an x-box live ban? Please could you help

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

Enforcement action on Xbox Groups?

I really do not want to be rude, but I was told my Microsoft Support to post on the forums so someone that does have access to seeing the reason can look into this, so that would be great if someone actually can tell me the reason, I know I cannot appeal
it via my enforcement page for it not being over 24hours, my account is not a child account & it's my 3rd ban < in my eyes for no reason >

Unfortunately Support was incorrect in sending you to the forums.

No one but an Enforcement Team member can respond to any suspensions they issue and they do not use the forums, only Enforcement.xbox.com.

For information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

If you had your console set as your Home console, you can access your games from a new account. They should show in your Games and Apps.

If you receive an enforcement action when you’re not on the Xbox network, it may be the result of prior activities. Keep in mind that the Community Standards for Xbox has no statute of limitations, and a player can receive an enforcement action at any time for past offences.

Enforcement actions can be one after the other, and even receive one while you have another one active
