Discus and support enforcement 2 bans i 24hr in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; hello can i please get a reasoning for the second ban when i haven't done anything but file a case review im confused I haven't been able to offend...     enforcement 2 bans i 24hr


    hello can i please get a reasoning for the second ban when i haven't done anything but file a case review im confused I haven't been able to offend anyone due to you stopping all communication on xbox live so I can't figure out how I got another ban I am
    not fighting the first ban i just wanted to play halo 5 by myself and nothing else thank you for your time Mark please call [Mod Removed] anytime day or night to help resolve he concern

    Help with Enforcement Team Dispute

    I've never heard of a 27hr ban. However 24hr bans are not eligible for case review. The Case review process generally takes 2-3 days. Your ban will lift prior to the enforcement team ever addressing the case.

    my account was illeagly suspened

    You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com however 24hr bans are not eligible for case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Sorry but the enforcement team does not monitor these forums. Unfortunately 24hr bans are not eligible for case reviews because of the amount of time it takes to review, the ban would be over.
    Ok thanks but 24HR and always impossible for me to tchat .... and the timer just disappear of my page enforcement ....

    Unfortunately the only way to contact the enforcement team is through that site. If your ban is for 24hrs you will not be eligible for a case review. Are you logged into the enforcement site with the tag that was banned?

    Wrongful suspension

    If the ban is longer the 24hrs, you can appeal it through the Xbox enforcement team website.
