    enforced name change please help


    I have had my name for over 4+ years (forestgenocide) was a forest919 but i joined a clan called team genocide in call of duty so it changed to forestgenocide i do not understand how you could change my name after all that time and i feel kinda offended
    that you would take that away from me plz help

    Ive been trying all day!, , after the name change, i deleted my profile off xb1 and then tried to add myself on again to which point it wouldnt let me sign in!, hense the error code i do have a 360 still available should i try that???

    When did you last attempt to sign in with this account?

    Up until about 12 hours ago there was a service issue, which could very possibly have been the reason for the failure to sign in. Have you tried more recently?

    After the forced name change, what steps did you take to try to sign in again? Are you able to sign in on 360 (if applicable)?

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Doesn't matter how long you've had that tag,it has only just been reported & found to violate the code of conduct.

    My guess would be for the second word in that tag.

    All you can do is file for a case review if eligible on the enforcement site
    here

    If a gamertag is not suitable on xbox live then it's not suitable to post on the forums.

    Sorry but it seems as though the PET have issued you a forced name change as it did go against the ToU and CoC of the Live service that you agreed to when you joined the service.

    If you want to change your gamertag you'll need to pay the $10 to do so. If you want more information on why the change was made you can post in the Suspensions Forums.
