endless loop, can't get support

Hi, I'm sick in a loop of trying to get support for a refund which is noted as approved, but has not been issued in 3 weeks.

I constantly get the message that they're having trouble and to try again later. I need to speak to a human and it will be sorted, however after 3 weeks trying I am thinking this isn't possible.

I have no option for chat with this issue, and the virtual assistant is about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

Sorry to hear you have not received your refund yet. If it has been over 5 business days since the approval, then you should have had it by now.

It appears there is a backlog as multiple people are having the same issue. I can only surmise that there was an issue in January which led to the backlog. I have no official information so this is only my opinion. People seem to be getting them many weeks after the approval.

Not getting the error message now, just have the loading icon running on an endless loop.

Try these steps the developer recommends. After you download the Xbox app I recommend you clear your store cache.

Clear store cache >

windows key + r and type ''wsreset'' wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically, it takes a while.

Install the 'Xbox' App from the Windows Store and Launch it. Then, go back to 'Downloads and Updates' in the MS Store and 'Get Updates', and the MSFS update may appear.''

Download 7-8 gigs of demos (the space you would need for WAW) and then try to download WAW, so this can be placed on a different part of your harddrive. You can then delete the demos. hopefully this helps
