    I apologize but as I have checked, the game is no longer available on the Microsoft Store or Xbox 360 marketplace digitally which may mean that it's already delisted.

    Yea I know that part but we had it listed on the store ever since it became backwards compatible so I'm wondering if it will ever come back

    I see well I guess this is why I like physical disc more than digital thank you for your time though I do believe it could come back if a digital license is needed to be renewed I have seen it happen before

    Sorry but once the game has been delisted it most likely will never come back. There is still an option to redeem a code for the game, you can check in any of Microsoft's recommended retail stores.
