Bom dia, no dia 27 de outubro de 2017 comprei o jogo Forza Horizon 3 Edição Ultimate por R$168,58 em Maio de 2018 tive um problema com meu computador e só o reparei novamente em dezembro de 2018, como não tive muito tempo em dezembro nem abrir a microsoft
store, porem agora que fui olhar para baixar novamente o jogo, apareceu a mensagem de encargo.

O meu histórico mostra que ja foi pago no dia 10/02, e nele tem uma mensagem escrita "Encargo em disputa". Não sei se isso significa algo importante

Unless the charge is on your account that you own then you can not dispute the charges with Microsoft. Your best option is to dispute the charges with your credit/debit card company and let them handle the dispute with Microsoft. This is what they do
as a financial institution. It's is a lot easier to dispute credit card charges rather than debit card, takes less time.
