enabling two player on xbox one PvZ2

Hey, When I select two player option on PvZ 2 my second controller only blinks! And I can't select the menu on the second controller.

Enabling the Universal Plug and Play on both routers might do the trick. But I myself have had this same problem many times, Opening ports, and enabling UPnP worked for about a week before it switched back to "moderate" after that I factory default set my
router and the problem was fixed for good. So far it has been two months with an Open NAT

 

did you make sure that your controller is connected to the console you can connect a wireless controller by holding down the button on the front of the controller and also holding down the button to connect the controller to your xbox as well
