    Enable Kinect


    Hello, I tryed to enable Kinect voice command but there is a warning saying to specify local setting for kincet voice recognition. I'm Italian and I didin't find anywhere these local setting... can anyone help me? Have I to set the XOne to english language?

    Skype should enable microphone automatically

    i have my kinect microphone off during my gaming session. when i recieve a skype call, i have to go to settings and kinect to enable the microphone.

    the xbox one should enable the microphone automatically when going to the skype app!

    Kinect Enabled.

    I don't know, but even if not the hed set then the microphone you can get for the 360, I don't know which game but there is a singing game with a mic for the 360 so the same tech could be made for that game surely, I hate the whole concept of Kinect.

    Sorry to hear about the Kinect mic issue! Have you checked if voice chat through the Kinect is enabled? Follow the steps below to check:

    • Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select 'Kinect'.
    • Check if 'Use Kinect microphone for chat' is enabled or not. If it is not, go ahead and enable it!

    @Elite Rampant, I'm sure if they did add Kinect Features it wouldn't be Required to play it. Probably as a game option to "enable kinect play" as it would be with another for enabling a 3-D option.
