Hello Lynn, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

If you're looking to add IPV6 connection for your console you would need to first turn it on in your modem/router. If your ISP provides IPV6 then the connection to your console will be automatic.

Thanks for the reply. I've enabled IPv6 on my ASUS router and verified that each XBox now has an IPv4 address and IPv6 address. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing the time scheduling problem. I'm considering rolling back the firmware on my router

For anyone that reads this....

On further investigation the router in my house may have lost its IPv6 address. Restarted router and appears to be fine so far with IPv6 enabled.

You can see if you have a valid IPv6 address in task manager.

If I am enabling a static IPv6 connection should fd01::1 be my IP address?

And should 64 be my prefix??
