Empty page of deals for gold and normal deals

    Empty page of deals for gold and normal deals


    Im seeing this all the time since 2 months ago:

    Im able to see the deals using the computer but in the xbox appears like this.

    Theres not even an error (why microsoft?)

    Already tried without results:

    - Factory reset on xbox

    - Remove account from xbox

    As of right now, I think all of the Deals have been removed - earlier the status page said there were problems purchasing content and redeeming the sale items, so I think they may have taken them offline for a bit. I just looked at the Games with Gold page,
    it shows the 2 games, but the Deals section is empty. At that time, it estimated 6 hours to fix it.

    On the main page of the dashboard there is an ad for the gold deals. That will take you directly to the games with gold and deals of the week.

    I see it on my deals with gold page and it says "unavailable" for me as well.

    It looks like you are attempting to get the game at the promotional price with the Deals with Gold.

    Unfortunately since the promotion has passed you would have to wait until it is offered again through Deals with Gold.

    Just keep an eye out on our "Deals with Gold" page for any current promotions.
