    I'm receiving emails from Microsoft for orders that are not mine. None of the orders show up in my order history and they're not coming out of my bank account. Is there some way to fix this I've tried asking for help from multiple different Microsoft sources and they have been absolutely useless so far and I've become very frustrated with the lack of help or support from Microsoft. I've already been through all the steps to secure my Microsoft and bank accounts multiple times so don't even mention that process again. I'm not having any other issues besides just receiving these emails. I don't know if it's the xbox version of the game or PC, I have some of the emails that contain the order numbers. The game is My Hero Ultimate Rumble. I use Gmail for all my email services. The emails are from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    Mine aren't showing as pre-orders, infact they are shown as 'previous orders' or something like that.

    I'd like to know the same thing. I ordered mine from the MS store seconds after it was available back on June 20th. It's stupid that they aren't being more transparent about this. I got a PayPal email a couple days ago but still no shipping confirmation.
    It's clear that I am not going to get it by tomorrow.

    Mine aren't wireless. They are wired. What made me pre order was the simple fact I like playing my games and not having the game sounds disturbing anyone.

    Hello yes I've tried but it requires the email that is associated with that account in order to try to recover it but the emails I've always used aren't correct I just need even just apart of the email associated with xliamhuntx in order to try to remember it I know the name of the billing cards used on the account as well
