Hello!

I do have a problem that I need some assistance with but considering that it contains personal information I would like to send an e-mail to a support instead of posting everything on an open site. Considering this I am wondering if it is possible to e-mail
someone working with x-boxsupport?

Gamertag Transfer Problem

Please be sure to use the exactly same emailadress like you used on creating your account on the 360. Normally if using the same emailadress and entering a wrong password gives you an error. So it may be that you used the wrong emailadress.

So just go ahead and try again.

I followed your suggestions, but it is n't working. I still have my old emailadress in the Microsoft store attempting to registrate my redeemcode for RDR. Will you please remove my older emailadress from the Windowsstore?

you cant do it via email as it requires interactive meaning chat or phone call

They cannot givs you 24hOUrs to look up an answer

First question that comes up on my side is "How can someone forget his emailadress?"

I use my mail on a daily base so I can't understand how someone would forget his/her mailadress..

As said, contact official support and provide them your info.

Maybe they can help you out on getting to know your emailadress.
