Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this difficulty with recovering your account.

Unfortunately, if you're unable to provide enough information then you'd be unable to recover the account. Support is going to tell you the same thing.

All you can do at this point is try to get into it with via that form until you provide enough info for it to confirm that you're the owner, or make a new account to use on Xbox and through Microsoft.
